We use your information to process and fulfil your orders, communicate order status, verify prescriptions as required by Kenyan pharmacy regulations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised staff only. Order costs are settled directly by First Assurance under your medical cover; we do not store card or payment details.
